Eclipse Ambassadors Prepare Communities Off the Paths

Get ready for the April 8th, 2024 total solar eclipse, visible anywhere with clear skies in the continental United States.

More than 700 college students and eclipse enthusiasts have partnered to get the word out to their local communities about the science, safety, and awe of this special celestial alignment. Eclipse Ambassador volunteers have already reached 90,000+ people in 47 states, 3 territories, and DC to date. These NASA Partners are getting the word out to underserved learners, creating new partnerships and lasting memories.
